Pricing above is on customer supplied garments.

Prices above are for printing per design in one location; additional locations are priced by number of ink colors used.

Any artwork that is to printed if over 13” x 13” will be considered oversize and pricing will be doubled per imprint in accordance with appropriate quantity. ALL GARMENTS IMPRINTED OR BLANK!! NOT PAID FOR AND / OR NOT PICKED UP OR NOT REQUESTED TO BE SHIPPED WILL BE COME THE PROPERTY OF ABSTRACT GRAPHICS AFTER 30(THIRTY) DAYS .

RUSH CHARGES

ORDERS WITH A DEADLINE OF 5 BUSINESS DAYS OR LESS IS CONSIDERED A RUSH ORDER.

Arrival of all apparel and approval of artwork begins the rush order not when order is placed. An additional 25% will be added to the total of the invoice We must have apparel and artwork approval within 2 business days or order will not be guaranteed.

SCREENS

Screen Charge: No Screen Charge for 48 or more Pieces per design

Screen Charge: 1 to 47 Pieces - $20.00 PER COLOR AND PER LOCATION

Reorder Setup fee: $15.00 for 47 or Less Pieces

SCREEN CHARGES WILL BE CHARGED FOR A SECOND SET OF SCREENS IF A DESIGN IS REQUESTED TO BE SIZED UP FOR ADULT APPAREL OR DOWN FOR YOUTH APPAREL.

 

 CHARGE OF $20.00 PER COLOR *Screens will be kept for 10 business days after order is complete.

*If any add-ons within this time period a charge of per color imprint will be assessed. All apparel must arrive within the 10 days.

*Any add-ons after 10 business days there will be a $5.00 charge per screen plus per color imprint charge to imprint the add-ons.

Upon reaching 30 business days, this will be considered a new order. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

INKS and COLORS

Specialty Inks (Nylon, Glitter, Shimmer, Metallic, Puff, Water Base, etc) add $1.00 per color / per location.

PMS and Custom Color Matching - $20.00 per color

“Ink Change During Run” Charge – 

This includes ink changes for special materials to be imprinted.

ARTWORK

Artwork in vector format will cut down on time and cost to prepare the artwork for screen printing.

The following Vector formats are accepted as appropriate formats: .CDR, .EPS, .PDF, .PSD or .AI

The following Bitmap formats will also be accepted: .PNG, .JPEG

The Graphics Program we use is CorelDraw 2021.

Artwork charges will be at a rate of $35.00 per hour.

  Charges, after first hour, will be in 15 Minute Increments.

SPECIALTY GARMENTS and LOCATIONS

We DO NOT CHARGE extra to print on specialty garments such as nylon or mesh.

The only charge is for the special inks or additives required to print on such items.

Any additive or specialty ink: $0.35 per shirt

We DO NOT CHARGE extra if imprint is in other than standard locations.

(Labeling of Garments excluded)

NUMBERING and NAMES

We SCREEN PRINT all numbers and names.

Numbers - $4.00 per number

Names - $4.50 per names

SHIPPING and HANDLING:

All incoming shipments will be accounted for order verification at NO CHARGE.

Shipments can be made blind or with your identification at NO CHARGE.

All outgoing shipments must be billed to your shipper number. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 

Poly Bagging, Hang Tags and Label Changing Available and quoted upon Request.

Allow a 2% printing spoilage on all orders

Anything in excess of this we will replace at our cost. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

We strive to complete all orders to the satisfaction of our Contract Customers. Due to unforeseen  problems that are not in our control will be closely monitored and communication with our customers will be our number 1 priority until the problem can be resolved.
